When washing carpets and/or upholstery, we use Hot water extraction method and this method is not suitable for natural plant fibres like sisal, coir, seagrass etc.
The same method is used for Upholstery cleaning and it is not suitable for any kind of leather/velvet/suede as these types should be dry-cleaned only.
We treat all spots and stains during the service but we cannot guarantee 100% removal as there may be a permanent damage to the material.
At completion of the cleaning process your carpet and upholstery will be clean and healthy.
