End of tenancy/ Move in

Our End of tenancy/Move in service is not hourly based, we send a team and they stay as long as it takes to clean the whole property. All professionals are experienced, background-checked, fully bonded, and come equipped to your appointment with premium cleaning supplies & equipment.
We provide all the materials and equipment; all you need to organise is running water, electricity and parking space for our vehicle. Make sure that the property is empty of personal belongings at the time of the cleaning – all cupboards, appliances etc.
The price depends on the size and condition of the property.
All windows will be washed from inside only and the service does not cover any outside areas like balconies, patios. All carpets will be vacuum cleaned only, professional Carpet cleaning is a separate service.
The End of tenancy is guaranteed service – if you are not happy with the results, we will return the cleaners free of charge for you. You need to check and approve the job upon completion.
